SEC Stock Signals (Muse connector)
Last updated: 19 September 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how SEC Stock Signals (“SEC Stock Signals,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use the SEC Stock Signals connector with Muse, visit our listing pages, or contact us. Muse is a product of Meta. This policy is ours. Muse’s use of information is also governed by Meta’s Muse Privacy Policy.

1. What this product is
SEC Stock Signals is a retrieval-only Muse connector. It reports historical statistics from a public SEC 8-K event study (development sample 2016–2024, frozen 2025 holdout). It is not a broker, not an investment adviser, and does not recommend or execute trades.

2. Scope
This policy covers:
- Information Muse sends to SEC Stock Signals after you connect the connector.
- Information you send if you email us.
- Limited technical logs created when the connector’s public API is called.

It does not cover Meta, Muse, Stripe, or other third parties’ own processing.

3. What we receive from Muse
Muse is designed to exchange with connectors only the data needed for the task. For SEC Stock Signals that is:
- A US ticker symbol (for example NVDA), and/or
- An 8-K event-family or item name (for example executive_director_change or Item 4.02).

We do not request, and the connector is not built to receive:
- Your name, email, phone number, or Muse account identity
- Payment card numbers or bank details
- Email contents, calendar, contacts, photos, or files
- Brokerage, bank, or trading-account data
- Device identifiers, location, or contacts
- Credentials, API keys, or OAuth tokens (this connector uses none)

We do not create user accounts. We do not store a user identity. We do not share information with Muse until you connect. We do not share proactively after you connect.

4. What we return
Tool responses are public event-study statistics (for example sample size, mean subsequent return, integrity-test results). They do not include personal data, payment details, or secrets.

5. Payments
Optional ticker-level lookup may be offered at USD 9 per month. Checkout uses Stripe Link inside Muse. You approve the charge in Muse. SEC Stock Signals never sees your card number, bank account, or Link wallet. Stripe’s and Muse’s policies apply to that checkout.

6. Study data (not personal data)
The study panel is compiled from public sources:
- SEC EDGAR company filings (including Form 8-K acceptance timestamps)
- Public daily market prices

That panel is research data about public companies, not information about you.

7. Server logs
When Muse or a reviewer calls our public API, our host may record ordinary web logs (time, request path, status code, IP address, user-agent). We use these only to operate, debug, and secure the service. We do not use them to identify you or to advertise. Logs are retained only as long as needed for those purposes, then deleted or overwritten in the ordinary course.

8. How we use information
We use the ticker or family name solely to look up a row in the public study panel and return the result to Muse for that request. We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for advertising. We do not train models on your chats (we do not receive your chats).

9. Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information only:
- With the hosting provider that serves the API, as needed to run it
- With Stripe / Muse, only as they process a Link payment you approved (we do not receive card data)
- If required by law or to protect rights and safety
- With a successor, if the product is transferred, under this policy or a notice we will post

10. Retention
Query parameters (ticker / family name) are used to answer the live request. We do not keep a personal profile. Server logs are retained as described in section 7. Emails you send to support are kept as long as needed to answer you.

11. Security
The connector is retrieval-only. There is no user login and no credential store. We use HTTPS for the listed origin. No security measure is perfect.

12. Your choices
- Connect or disconnect in Muse: Settings → Connectors. Disconnecting stops new lookups.
- Muse may keep prior answers in its memories or chat history under Meta’s policy. Ask Muse to forget those interactions if you want them removed from Muse.
- Because we do not keep a user account, we typically cannot locate “your” records beyond a support email you sent us. Email support@agentstructure.ai to request deletion of that correspondence.

13. Children
SEC Stock Signals is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

14. International
The operator is based in Brazil and serves a public API that may be hosted in other countries. If you connect from another country, your query may be processed where the servers are located.

15. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information, or to lodge a complaint with a regulator. Because we do not keep user accounts, most connector use does not create a personal record we can retrieve. Contact support@agentstructure.ai. If you are in the EEA/UK, you may contact your local data protection authority. If you are in Brazil, you may contact the ANPD.

16. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
